The tdsbCREATES Visual Arts & Film Exhibition is a celebration of learning and creative expression across all Visual Arts mediums. This 2 week event is an open opportunity for students to share and celebrate with each other in a welcoming and non-competitive atmosphere . Students will experience the excitement of developing their work with a mentor artist, and then potentially having their work professionally presented in a public gallery setting . Students from the Rosedale Heights School of the Arts Life Drawing program will exhibit their work in “Drawing the Line”, presented in the Second Floor Hallway Galleries. Drawing the Line, April 9 – April 26 Daniels Spectrum, 2 nd Floor Hallway Galleries Public Reception, April 16th from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, 2 nd Floor Hallway Galleries Read below to hear from the students themselves: “This show explores how style, medium, and technique can be used to explore the human figure. Each student has spent countless hours developing their artistic prowess, including the opportunity to work from live models. Moreover, every element of the exhibition has been student led, from poster design and curation, right down to installation.
